Job Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide product recommendations and styling advice based on customer needs.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
  • Replenish stock and maintain proper product displays.
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Assist in receiving, unpacking, and arranging new merchandise.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to management.
  • Support promotional activities, sales campaigns, and store events.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or fashion sales experience is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Passionate about fashion, apparel, and customer service.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules.
  • Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Team player with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
