Where does my order ship from?

Orders are processed and shipped from our distribution centre in Malaysia.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is SGD10 for Singapore, MYR10 for Peninsular Malaysia, MYR15 for East Malaysia. Free shipping comes with SGD50/ MYR150 (may differ slightly due to exchange rate changes) minimum purchase as standard. Free Shipping promotions may be offered on temporary event basis. 

How long does delivery take?

All items will be prepared for shipment within 3 working days, and typically arrive within 2 to 5 working days to Malaysia and Singapore. Please be aware that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the customs regulations of your country.

Can I self collect my order?

Yes, you can collect the order at our HQ. Order fulfillment will be complete within 24 hours and you may collect your parcel within 9am-5pm, except Public Holidays. Please prepare the confirmation email when you come to pick up your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment centre, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. 

What is the status of my order?

Orders are typically dispatched within 3 working days. If you haven't received an email with the tracking number within 5 working days of placing your order, please email us at hello@coreclassic.com so we can address the issue.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Upon fulfilment and dispatch of your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please check your "Promotions" or "Spam" inbox if you can't locate the email. If you still can't find it, please contact us at hello@coreclassic.com for assistance.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, the postal service may leave a notice card with instructions on how and where to collect your delivery. Please follow the procedure of your local delivery service.

After Making a Purchase

Can I amend/cancel my order?

If you need to amend or cancel your order before dispatch, please contact us at hello@coreclassic.com as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours of placing the order. While we strive to fulfil orders quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has been dispatched.

An item is missing from my order.

If an item is missing from your order, please email us at hello@coreclassic.com so we can assist you promptly.

I've received the wrong order.

If you've received the wrong order, please contact us at hello@coreclassic.com, and we'll arrange for the correct order to be sent to you.

I received a defective item.

While we have stringent quality checks in place, occasional defects may occur. Please email your request for a replacement to hello@coreclassic.com, and we'll promptly assist you.

I'd like to make an exchange.

For information on our returns & exchange policy, please refer to the Return and Refund Policy. To initiate a refund or exchange, please email us at hello@coreclassic.com. We offer easy returns and exchanges on any order within 14 days of purchase (excluding Clearance/ Sale Items and Gift Cards).
